The Origin: A Childhood in the Greenhouses

The biological foundation of this company started in Finland in the 1990s. Long before "superfoods" became a global trend, we were growing up inside a family-run sprout and wheatgrass business.

It was there that the mechanical power of living enzymes became impossible to ignore. When a close family associate battling Multiple Sclerosis (MS) was put on a strict protocol of fresh wheatgrass and alfalfa juice, the results were striking. It wasn’t a cure, but the shift in symptom management, energy, and quality of life was undeniable. It proved a fundamental biological rule: when you flood a compromised system with high-grade, living cellular information, the machine runs better.

But eventually, the family greenhouses closed. The focus shifted to university, engineering degree, and decades in high-stakes global sales.

The Catalyst: Radical Creativity on the Coast

Fast forward to the Spanish Mediterranean and a return to our roots.

For one of our founders, the Costa del Sol wasn’t a new destination; it was home. Born in Fuengirola to a Spanish father and a Finnish mother, and having moved to the Nordic countries at the age of five, the bond with Andalusia was always there.

The "Aha!" moment happened on a seaside walk in our local community on the Costa del Sol. We realized a simple truth: we wanted to build something tangible, local, and undeniably positive.

We looked at the wellness market and saw a broken system. People were paying premium prices for dead, oxidized green powders shipped halfway across the world in plastic tubs.

We knew how to fix the supply chain.

Engineering El Chupito Sano: A Better Wellness System in Costa del Sol

We decided to treat fresh nutrition as a radical engineering project. We took the clinical cleanliness and strict standards of our Nordic heritage and brought them to the sun-drenched coast of Spain.

We didn't just want to grow grass; we wanted to remove all the friction for the end user. That meant designing a closed-loop local business: cultivating the highest-yield Triticum aestivum, pre-measuring the doses, and delivering it fresh to your door so you can press your daily shot.
